Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers and vendors through calls and emails to manage accounts.
  • Record customer payments accurately, including checks and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of unpaid invoices and receivables.
  • Organize documentation related to invoices, debits, and credits meticulously.
  • Analyze customer payment plans and histories to resolve collection issues.
  • Keep detailed logs of all communications with customers regarding payments.
  • Address and resolve any disputes related to invoicing or payments.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Office 365 Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume collections.
  • Experience handling a high volume of calls effectively.
