Job Summary

Chief Ethanol Fuels, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations and ensure maximum output with minimal expense in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct daily activities of shift operators, load out operators, and grain handlers to optimize production and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain a highly qualified team of operating personnel by providing training and guidance.
  • Ensure shipping and receiving schedules are adhered to for alcohol, DDGS, syrup, DWGS, and corn oil.
  • Stay up-to-date with process equipment and process parameters to troubleshoot, make informed decisions, and implement process changes.
  • Coordinate process information between departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure all shift duties are performed in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Monitor parameters to ensure the plant is in compliance with set specifications.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Ethanol process or related experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
