Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results.
Department Manager Responsibilities
  • Kitchen Department Managers:
    • Ensure high-quality food is delivered to customers quickly.
    • Control food cost and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
  • People Department Managers:
    • Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
    • Help Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and engage employees through motivation and recognition.
  • Service Department Managers:
