The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our team at Arlington Heights Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in generating appointments for our sales departments and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails to respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments
  • Prospect follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction and set appointments for service
  • Answer customer internet inquiries by email and phone, and schedule service appointments
  • Contact customers based on current marketing incentives to promote our products and services
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of call center environments
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
  • Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments and provide exceptional customer service
