Finance Manager

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of EDM and Global Business Function Leaders to deliver decision-relevant data in real-time.
  • Work closely with the Global Materials FP&A team to identify new business trends.
  • Own and manage the EDM CapEx budget, project prioritization, and investment analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial processes for Orangeburg AR, AP, inventory, and FP&A.
  • Deliver commercial planning, analysis, and execution.
  • Partner on EDM's Finance Leadership initiatives.
  • Coordinate FP&A-related continuous improvement, drive process enhancements, and support data harmonization.
  • Create and deliver accurate and timely financial reports to the EDM leadership team.
  • Ensure strong financial control, compliance, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years in an operations or manufacturing environment, or FP&A function.
  • Systems experience: Oracle financial system, Hyperion Essbase.
  • Familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to develop relationships and partner with the business to drive results.
  • Enthusiasm to work as a team player.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to influence strategic business decisions.
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a matrix organization.
  • Confidence to interact with all levels of the organization.
