Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Engage in patent litigation with a focus on ANDA and other life sciences cases.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Significant experience in patent litigation within U.S. District Courts and before the PTAB.
  • A strong background in conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and participating in discovery processes.
  • A degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life sciences field.
  • Experience in an Intellectual Property department of a comparable law firm.
  • A proven track record of academic excellence from a reputable law school.
  • Exceptional writing abilities.
