Gainor Staffing is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal to support a prestigious law firm in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex case management, document review, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex case files, including ITC and federal district court litigation
  • Coordinate document review and discovery processes, supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation
  • Oversee document management and war rooms, ensuring efficient document production and review
  • Research and analyze case documents, materials, and court procedures, creating timelines and reports of findings
  • Coordinate logistics for depositions, meetings with clients and outside counsel, and other trial preparation activities
  • Prepare and submit electronic court filings, perform legal cite-checking, and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of litigation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of USPTO and ITC practices and procedures
  • Document management and review software expertise
  • Excellent legal writing and proofreading skills
  • Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative mindset
