ManTech's Air Force and Space Division is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to support a contract that provides cradle-to-grave system engineering and integration technical support to the United States Space Force Space (USSF) and Space Systems Command (SSC).
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in all aspects of Government acquisition processes, contract business support, and contract analysis.
- Develop, technically assess, and update program and project deliverables and documentation, including contract deliverables.
- Document, update, and make recommendations for contract document submittals.
- Develop acquisition strategy plans, documents, and briefings.
- Support the development of program and project briefings, documentation configuration/control, action tracking, and recommended Courses of Action (COAs).
- Integrate program/project tasks and provide technical assessment, evaluation, and recommendations for post-RFP release activities.
- Support the development of digital aids, tools, and databases that facilitate system engineering functionality and responsiveness for our USSF customers.
- Minimum of a BS degree in a STEM field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 10 years of engineering and/or program management experience with at least 3 years of NSSL, Launch/Range, Space Vehicles, DoD, NASA, or industry equivalent engineering/PM experience.
- DoD Acquisition Experience.
- Proficiency in Systems Engineering processes and methods as applied to systems at the Space Systems Command (SSC) Launch Vehicle/Space Vehicle programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with others in a team setting, and proficiency with MS Office products.
TS/SCI clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
