- Conduct key design reviews to ensure readiness for launch and flight.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in designing complex electrical or control systems for harsh environments (spacecraft, drones, autonomous systems).
- Proven flexibility and problem-solving skills to address evolving project needs.
- Strong record of delivering high-quality, innovative engineering solutions.
- Experience incorporating analytical feedback into design iterations.
