Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues
  • Working with rooftop units, chillers, and cooling towers
  • Maintaining hot water and steam boilers
  • Servicing packaged air conditioning units
  • Managing computer room AC equipment
  • Implementing control systems and building automation
  • Handling air handling and fan coil units
  • Maintaining condensers and chilled water pumps
  • Working with refrigerated air dryers and air compressors
  • Servicing exhaust fans and ice machines
  • Managing variable frequency drives and humidifiers

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC field and possess a strong understanding of the equipment and systems listed above.
