Job Summary

As a HVAC Chiller Mechanic at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for executing contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, and service requests to ensure the optimal performance of customers' equipment. Your expertise will be utilized to identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair equipment and systems at customer locations, adhering to blueprints or engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute contract maintenance visits and inspections to assess equipment condition and identify potential issues.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the root cause of equipment malfunctions and recommend necessary upgrades or repairs.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment and systems at customer locations, ensuring compliance with blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or repairs to prolong the equipment life cycle.
Requirements
