We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base, while also identifying new business opportunities and leading a small team to achieve sales and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead a small team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity, client interactions, and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and leadership experience, with a track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
