Role Summary:

The Program Coordinator for the FLRAA Air Vehicle Integrated Product Team (IPT) is tasked with the essential role of organizing, coordinating, and managing programmatic requirements and deliverables across various subordinate IPTs to support the AV Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and organize internal and external AV IPT meetings, ensuring effective tracking of action items and curating necessary data updates.
  • Develop and maintain the AV IPT SharePoint page to serve as a comprehensive status dashboard.
  • Monitor and report on IPT metrics, including milestone readiness, manufacturing and procurement activities, supplier evaluations, and qualification processes.
  • Update program briefings, fostering collaboration and consolidating inputs across the AV IPT and interfacing teams.
  • Coordinate customer meetings and events, engaging with the US Army program management office to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Standardize communications and coordination within the IPT.
  • Manage meeting requests and support the organization of significant events such as subsystem Critical Design Reviews (CDRs).
  • Oversee AV IPT consulting agreements in collaboration with Procurement and Legal departments.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to IPT Senior Leaders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in creating program reports and briefings.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative abilities to work effectively with customers and representatives from various departments.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills to manage diverse assignments.
  • Proven ability to execute project plans successfully.
  • Experience as a SharePoint Administrator is preferred.
