Role Summary:

The Air Vehicle IPT Program Specialist is tasked with the essential coordination, assignment, and organization of programmatic needs and deliverables across various Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to support the Air Vehicle Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and organize both internal and external meetings for the Air Vehicle IPT, ensuring action items are tracked and special topics are addressed.
  • Develop and maintain an AV IPT SharePoint page to provide a comprehensive status dashboard.
  • Monitor and report on IPT metrics, including milestone readiness, manufacturing and procurement activities, supplier evaluations, and qualification processes.
  • Update program presentations and facilitate collaboration across the AV IPT and related teams.
  • Coordinate customer meetings and events, building relationships with the US Army program management office and other stakeholders.
  • Standardize communication and coordination efforts within the IPT.
  • Manage meeting requests and organize content for significant events such as subsystem Critical Design Reviews (CDRs).
  • Oversee AV IPT consulting agreements in collaboration with Procurement and Legal teams.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to senior leaders within the IPT.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating program reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage diverse assignments.
  • Proven ability to follow through on project plans.
  • Experience as a SharePoint Administrator is preferred.
