Job Summary

This Labor and Delivery Nurse position provides direct and indirect patient care to OB patients, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with the healthcare team and provide flexible, organized care in stressful situations.

Requirements
  • Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or compact state
  • BLS certification required
  • Additional certifications as required by department
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery
