About the Role

Central Carolina Hospital is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct and indirect patient care to OB patients, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, meeting the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural, and emotional needs of patients and families.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, sharing changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
  • Be flexible, organized, and able to function in stressful situations.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or compact state required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery required.
  • BLS certification required; additional certifications as needed.
