Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and provide feedback to security personnel.

Requirements:
  • Texas Level II Security License
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with badge and camera systems is a plus
  • Familiar with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Teams, Word, etc.)
  • 2+ years in a Shift Lead or Supervisory role
  • Some experience with scheduling and payroll
