Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Friendly, personable, and able to build lasting relationships with customers and store staff
  • Willing to go out of your way to help customers, providing exceptional service to drive usage and satisfaction
  • Able to think on your feet and problem-solve as issues arise
  • Ambitious, sales-driven, and willing to grow at a small technology start-up
  • Interested in technology and its impact on the retail landscape
  • Willing to stand/walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience in retail or hospitality
  • Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or on-site promoter
