Job Summary

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the Powersports industry and has excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing parts and accessories, and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent service and resolving customer needs and concerns.
  • Parts and Accessories: Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their Powersports vehicles, providing knowledgeable advice on compatibility, availability, and pricing.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and organize parts inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for service jobs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Powersports products, parts, and accessories, as well as industry trends.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Powersports Knowledge: Avid rider with a passion for the Powersports industry.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a parts role is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move parts and accessories as needed (up to 50 lbs).
  • License: Required - Motorcycle license.
