Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Prairie Du Sac, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring work schedules are met, and supervising skilled and semi-skilled employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Organize and assign work to maintenance personnel
  • Supervise maintenance activities, including major repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Anticipate and resolve maintenance and personnel problems
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and implemented
  • Review stock and inventory levels in the Auto Crib System

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for direct supervision of all maintenance personnel, including leadership, management, and quality control.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • 6-12 months of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively
  • Mathematical skills, including calculation of figures and amounts
  • Reasoning ability, including problem-solving and decision-making

Work Environment

The Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, high noise levels, and extreme temperatures.
