We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Maple Meadows Assisted Living. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our building, equipment, and grounds.
Critical Success Factors
- Practices good safety awareness and follows safety procedures, including infection control measures where applicable.
- Ability to be self-supervising and self-motivating, with a focus on setting priorities and completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Must demonstrate a positive, courteous, and respectful attitude towards residents, families, staff, and visitors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in building maintenance, including knowledge of electricity, mechanics, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Prior experience in managing a team, with a focus on leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major violations.
