Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team at i.g. Burton's Auto Group Collision Center in Sussex County, DE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collision repair procedures and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and insurance adjusters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs for repairs and manage customer expectations
  • Inspect vehicles and identify areas that require repair
  • Communicate with customers and insurance companies to resolve claims efficiently
  • Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license
  • Prior experience in collision repair or estimating preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Salary and Benefits:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
