Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Edgebrook Care Center. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing/undressing.
- Assist residents with meals and snacks, and provide water and supplements as needed.
- Provide a positive dining experience for residents.
- Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment.
- Document resident cares and behaviors according to Society policy, procedure, and regulations.
- Handle and dispose of linens, soiled clothing, or supplies properly, and follow consistent hand washing and Personal Protective Equipment use.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program approved by the location and the state.
- Ability to communicate and comprehend, and perform assigned tasks and meet requirements for in-services, training, and meeting attendance.
- Ability to measure and comprehend quantities.
Benefits:

- New starting wages for CNAs start at $20/hour.
- Part-time employees commit to a weekend rotation and up to 29 hours per week.
- PTO benefits start accruing on the first day of employment.
