Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join our team at Envista. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our management team, ensuring the effective management of our plant's financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Cost Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date cost structures, ensuring that costs are properly allocated and managed.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of financial planning, cost management, and financial analysis.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, ERP experience (SAP preferred), and excellent analytical and communication skills.
What We Offer:

Envista offers a competitive salary range of $130,100 - $167,800, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) match, and performance-based bonuses.
