Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Grove City retail store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Meet or exceed sales and performance goals on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store displays
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory
  • Assist with cash handling and operating a cash register
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
