Relationship Manager, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Specialist

Covenant House is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our peer-to-peer fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key supporters who participate in our peer-to-peer programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute moves management plans to acquire, retain, and upgrade peer-to-peer participants
- Identify and qualify new prospective supporters and develop authentic relationships to solicit $1,000+ contributions and $5,000+ attributions
- Provide meaningful stewardship to inspire and motivate increased giving and participation over time
- Meet or exceed individual targets for portfolio engagement
- At least two to four (2-4) years of fundraising, sales, or other similar experience
- Outstanding communication and persuasion skills
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Enthusiasm and commitment to personally participate in a peer-to-peer fundraiser annually
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
