3. Oversee scheduling to ensure optimal kitchen staffing and coverage, while maintaining fairness in time-off requests.

4. Ensure accountability among team leads for their responsibilities, including communication and production tasks.

5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

6. Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and facilitate discussions on new flavors and recipes.

7. Stay informed on industry trends to keep the menu innovative and relevant.

8. Develop and refresh recipes for seasonal offerings, ensuring a diverse range of options, including dairy-free selections.

9. Manage inventory and sourcing of ingredients, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
