  • Leading the complete end-to-end customer experience;
  • Developing and maintaining technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and applying that expertise effectively to help customers;
  • Raising issues to Product Engineering when required.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, and one year of experience in a related field. Strong skills in AzureDevops, Log rocket, Swagger, SDLC, JIRA, IT Business Analysis, KPIs, Salesforce Admin, Scrum Master, and Splunk are essential. The base salary range for this position is $113,797 to $116,000 per annum. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
