Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Store Customer Service Representative at Story Cannabis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers: Provide a welcoming and informative experience for all customers entering the store.
  • Answer Product Questions: Offer knowledgeable advice on our wide selection of cannabis products.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Manage Cash Register: Accurately process transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport, and pass a criminal background check.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong knowledge of cannabis products.
Compensation and Benefits
