The School Social Worker will provide mental health services to students in elementary to high school, addressing their emotional, social, and physical well-being. This role involves case management, working with students, parents, and school staff to offer support and maintain a strong school connection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interventive, consultative, and follow-up services in various situations
- Offer case management services to students/families focusing on mental health, physical wellness, resiliency, and coping skills
- Maintain and collect data on evidence-based interventions and their outcomes
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Requirements:
