As a dedicated Social Worker for the 2024-2025 school year, you will be an integral part of our team in Plano, Illinois, working closely with school staff, parents, and external agencies to support the well-being of students across various grade levels (K-12).



Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work and have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the field.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide social work services to students, including assessments, intervention plans, and individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being and address social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs, working closely with teachers, administrators, and other support staff.


We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, with a range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, professional liability, and long-term/short-term disability coverage. Requirements


  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in social work, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Other: Ability to pass a comprehensive drug and background check.
