Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-person visits with pediatric group practices and accounts to promote YCANTH.
  • Collaborate with health system specialists and specialty sales reps to achieve sales goals.
  • Identify and develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the pediatric space.
  • Develop and execute peer-to-peer educational programs to promote YCANTH.
  • Partner with physician buying groups to identify opportunities and drive utilization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or health science-related field.
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Substantial sales experience in the life sciences/biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on pediatrics.
  • Successful track record of launching new brands in pediatrics.
  • Ability to achieve sales results, develop KOL/customer relationships, and work across sales, market access, and channel teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in buy-and-bill and/or specialty pharmacy.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and work successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
Physical Position Requirements

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk. Normal requirements for office operations with respect to lifting, standing, and walking. The position will require extensive travel within the region, with some overnight travel possible.
