Calibration Specialist

Technical Source is seeking a skilled Calibration Specialist to join our team in the RTP area. As a Calibration Specialist, you will be responsible for calibrating and performing preventative maintenance on process equipment and lab instrumentation to ensure GMP/GLP compliance.
Responsibilities:- Calibrate and perform preventative maintenance on process equipment and lab instrumentation, including bioreactors, incubators, autoclaves, pH conductivity meters, steam baths, and cryo-freezers.
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment and instrumentation, such as temperature, pressure, weight, balances, and pH meters.
- Perform necessary GMP documentation on work orders, calibration worksheets, and SOPs.
- 2-5 years of applicable experience in metrology, instrumentation, or calibration, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of CMMS software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within collaborative environments.
