Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to our customers, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts
