About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced scientist with expertise in compound management to join our Drug Discovery group at our Lexington, MA research center. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing our drug discovery pipeline and will have a passion for progressing new medicines for patients in a fast-paced and innovative small company environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compound management workflows, including compound registration, weighing, and stock solution reformatting
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate compound management activities and deliver assay-ready plates in support of rapid optimization cycles
  • Interface with CROs and vendors for external compound inventories and shipments
  • Manage instrument vendor relationships and troubleshoot automation and software platforms
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of compound management experience with a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (chemistry or biology-based)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of laboratory experience (if only compound management experience)
  • Exceptional organization skills and detail-oriented approach to planning and executing at the bench
  • Documented sustained performance and demonstrated technical proficiency, scientific creativity, and ability to effectively collaborate with others
Nice to Have
  • Additional years of experience (6+ years of total post-BS experience)
  • Extensive experience in operating and troubleshooting compound management automation platforms, liquid handling, and periphery devices
