Job Title: Relationship Specialist II

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Specialist II to join our team at Nuvision Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional member service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with members to identify their needs and provide solutions that meet their financial goals.
  • Perform a wide range of tasks, including opening new accounts, receiving and disbursing funds, and originating loans.
  • Provide operational support and maintain controls and safeguards to ensure accurate and timely processing of member transactions.
  • Represent the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner, demonstrating mutual respect and a genuine interest in helping members.
  • Collaborate with other team members to build strong relationships and achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position, with prior loan experience and a proven ability to reach service and performance goals.
  • Knowledge of all applicable Federal, State, and NCUA regulations, including BSA, Regulation CC, Regulation D, and Regulation E.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all deposit account products and services, as well as working knowledge of loan products and associated systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and with frequent interruptions.
  • Proficient in the operations of a PC and Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
