Job Summary

Cannon Companies is seeking a highly skilled Fiber Optic Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our telecommunications department, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fiber optic cables and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and terminate fiber optic cables and networks
  • Perform cable splicing and fiber terminations
  • Test and certify cable installations
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor technical issues
  • Document all fiber optic cabling and maintenance activities
Requirements
  • 2-4+ years of direct or related experience
  • Willingness to submit to a background and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • This position is a Safety Sensitive, DOT regulated role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Copper splicing experience
  • Telecom certifications
Work Environment

This is a full-time position. Night work may be required. Travel may be necessary.
