Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our Product organization at PrismHR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth rollout of new releases, mitigating areas of potential client impact, and facilitating internal training and content development.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience managing the product development lifecycle, with a strong background in business analysis, leadership, change management, and process management. You will be responsible for partnering with Release Managers to ensure internal and client readiness, defining success metrics, and demonstrating ROI through analysis of product adoption, communication effectiveness, and case deflection.

Additionally, you will identify and coordinate appropriate rollout timing, organize beta planning and rollout, set and justify user acceptance testing requirements, and determine and lead creation of internal and external content and communications for product releases.

As a Content Manager, you will also provide assessments and manage risks, set appropriate expectations, and manage delays associated with releases. You will collaborate across departments and act with urgency when managing client-impacting escalations, including internal and external communication, with a goal of deflecting tickets to the Namely Service Team.

The successful candidate will have expert written and verbal communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills with attention to detail. Experience with Pendo is a plus, and people management experience is also desirable.
