Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the preparation and evaluation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Oversee all facets of the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and precise transaction recording.
  • Prepare and enter journal entries, maintaining the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations to guarantee precise reporting and ledger upkeep.
  • Analyze financial reports for inconsistencies and issues that need to be escalated to senior management.
  • Review organizational expenditures and propose cost-reduction strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting.
  • Strong grasp of full-cycle general ledger accounting.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
