About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Fenton Corporation. As a key member of our Finance and Asset Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial performance of our portfolio is consistently monitored and optimized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses of projects, assist in preparing strategic plans, and provide recommendations based on trends and data.
  • Precise Financial Modeling: Create and update financial models for our Group of Companies, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • Collaborative Asset Management: Work closely with portfolio business leaders to maximize the value of our stabilized income portfolio, providing in-depth analysis to support asset management strategies.
  • Real Estate Development: Lead and control multiple projects simultaneously, driving results and contributing to the success of our Finance & Asset Management team.
What You'll Bring
  • Financial Analyst Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate, business, or economics.
  • Computer Skills: High proficiency with Excel and knowledge of ARGUS preferred.
  • Analytical & Action Oriented Personality: Thrive in diving into detail and driving results.
  • Self-Directed/Self-Reliant: Demonstrates initiative and independence in managing tasks and achieving goals.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: Drive toward accomplishing high-quality work aligned with company objectives.
  • Fast-Work-Pace: Leading and controlling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Managing Multiple Priorities: Efficiently manages numerous projects simultaneously.

Compensation

The total compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 (inclusive of an annual bonus). Base pay may vary based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
