Job Description

As a Make Ready Tech with Five Star Staffing, you will be responsible for ensuring that vacant units are thoroughly inspected and prepared for new residents. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

In this role, you will work closely with our property management team to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of make-ready assignments. You will also assist with monitoring resident satisfaction and provide follow-up support as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect vacant units to identify necessary repairs and replacements.
  • Complete all required repairs and upkeep on vacant units, restoring them to move-in ready condition.
  • Assist with monitoring resident satisfaction and provide follow-up support as needed.
  • Maintain the grounds and appearance of the property, ensuring a positive experience for residents and guests.
  • Collaborate with the property team to meet scheduled move-ins and assignment deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • General maintenance and safety experience, with a focus on building repair and preventive maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of irrigation systems, pool maintenance, and appliance repair.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to perform job functions efficiently.
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Regular attendance, punctuality, and dependability required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
