Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $185,000-$270,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As our new Marketing Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging content and campaigns
* Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
* Manage social media accounts and develop creative content to drive engagement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 8 years of marketing experience, or at least 3 shipped game titles in the capacity of marketing/PR
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
