Marketing Growth Associate, Digital Strategy Specialist

About the Role
This highly sought-after position involves leading CookUnity's digital marketing efforts to acquire new customers across various channels, focusing on paid search, display, demand gen, and performance max tactics. As the Marketing Growth Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating customer acquisition and reactivations across our target audience segments while maintaining efficient cost-per-acquisition (CPA) rates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven Paid Search marketing strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Manage cross-channel portfolios across search, display, video, and collaborate with the broader growth, CRO, and audience management teams.
- Dig into performance data to understand campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support in defining performance marketing and upper funnel strategies, business plans, budgets, and structures to achieve sustainable growth.
- Leverage industry insights and market trends to stay ahead of the competition and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
This role requires 4+ years of experience in online DTC marketing with high-growth consumer-facing companies, preferably in the regional markets we serve. You should have hands-on experience launching and optimizing platform performance from Meta to Google ad products. Strong Excel skills are essential for manipulating large data sets to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a performance marketing-related field is preferred, along with exceptional analytical and data-driven abilities. Experience managing complex tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively for maximum business impact is also necessary.
