Job Title: Nurse Manager - Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at A-Line Staffing Solutions. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our facility and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the clinical team and ensure that all residents receive high-quality care.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with state regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinical operations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement care plans for residents.
  • Provide guidance and support to clinical staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure that residents are receiving the best possible care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our facility is providing the highest level of care.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a staff nurse in a geriatric setting.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and ISDH guidelines.
Physical and Mental Requirements:

The Nurse Manager will be required to:

  • Frequently lift up to 80 pounds and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear for extended periods.
  • Occasionally reach, kneel, and bend.
