Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Hhoteldubai. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages: Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and standards, and serve them to customers in a clean and safe manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment: Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work effectively as part of a team: Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives, and provide support and assistance as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures: Follow company policies and procedures, and report any incidents or concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: Required.
  • Previous customer service experience: Preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds: Required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule: Required.
