Job Overview

The Clinical Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of dialysis clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient facility management. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Clinic Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day operations of dialysis clinics, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
    • Lead a team of professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and high staff engagement.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Patient Care:
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, engagement, and overall experience.
    • Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning.
  • Staff Management:
    • Select and develop talented team members, providing coaching and mentorship to foster growth and success.
    • Maintain open communication channels, encouraging feedback and ideas from staff at all levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
  • Current state licensure.
  • 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
  • 12 months experience in clinical nursing.
  • 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
Salary & Benefits

$95,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO.
