Dialysis Operations Manager

As a Dialysis Clinical Manager with Fresenius Medical Care, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations.
About this role: As the facility leader, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for delivering unique care plans and providing dialysis treatment to patients facing end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
- Partner with internal Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
- Maintain integrity of medical and operations records and comply with all data collections and auditing activities.
- Accountable for completion of the Annual Standing Order Review and Internal Classification of Disease (ICD) coding.
- Manage clinic financials, including efficient utilization of supplies or equipment and regular profits and loss review.
- Responsible for all required network reporting and on-site state or federal surveys.
Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Experience Required: 6+ years of business operations experience in a healthcare facility and 12 months of clinical nursing experience.
