Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a nursing assistant.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all assigned duties in line with established policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours thereafter to ensure quality nursing care.
- Confirm the identity of residents before providing care or serving meals to ensure accurate service.
- Report any missing identification bands to the admissions coordinator promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness by making beds and tidying bedside and overbed tables.
- Ensure that water pitchers are sanitized, filled with fresh water, and accessible to residents.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
