Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Blue Circle Rehab and Nursing.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating patients, and providing fresh water and extra nourishment between meals.
  • Help patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, shampooing, and showering.
  • Provide patients with bedpans, assist with baths, shampoos, and showers, and provide adjunct care, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
  • Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart.
  • Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
  • Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and abide by federal, state, and local requirements, as well as Joint Commission standards.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
  • CNA certification is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in caregiving is preferred.
