Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor of Adult Pulmonary Critical Care to join our team at OU Health. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of advanced practice providers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of advanced practice providers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and advancing the practice of advanced practice providers.
  • Provide education and training to advanced practice providers on clinical issues, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and outcomes, using data to inform decisions and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in nursing or a related field, with a focus on advanced practice nursing.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in improving patient outcomes and advancing the practice of advanced practice providers.
  • Current licensure as an APRN or PA, with board certification in a relevant specialty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to think critically and solve complex problems, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Salary Range

$105,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
